• Build and manage a consistent pipeline to meet aggressive hiring volume and time-to-fill targets.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular pipeline updates.

• Proven experience recruiting for high-volume sales roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong outbound sourcing skills and comfort proactively reaching out to passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work remotely.
