What You'll Do:

  • Provide proactive engagement for mid-size to large district partners.
  • Own long-term retention.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and executive decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across districts.
  • Lead the renewal process with a strategic, consultative approach to secure timely contract renewals.
  • Partner with the broader Success and Implementation team to deliver cohesive support.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Partnership Management, Account Management or Renewal management.
  • Proven experience expanding networks within organizations to include executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of a portfolio of ~30-40 accounts.
