What You'll Do:
- Provide proactive engagement for mid-size to large district partners.
- Own long-term retention.
- Work closely with key stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across districts.
- Lead the renewal process with a strategic, consultative approach to secure timely contract renewals.
- Partner with the broader Success and Implementation team to deliver cohesive support.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Partnership Management, Account Management or Renewal management.
- Proven experience expanding networks within organizations to include executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of a portfolio of ~30-40 accounts.
