Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking.
- Own the complete sales cycle, from identifying target accounts to closing deals.
- Execute and continuously improve outbound sales strategies and messaging frameworks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with strong emphasis on self-generated pipeline.
- Proven success in cold outreach strategies and acquiring new customers.
- Experience selling solutions to HR, People, Talent, or Learning & Development stakeholders.
