Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships and understand business goals and needs.
- Manage enterprise renewal and upsell cycles from start to finish.
- Uncover and manage risk, and communicate status to internal teams.
Basic Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with large enterprise clients in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
- German language skills are a must.
- Proven ability to influence at VP+ level and manage complex cycles.
