- Champion and embed our core values of Safety, Integrity, and Inclusion.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support annual engagement surveys.
- Encourage positive employee relations through visible leadership presence.
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Serve as a strategic partner to frontline, mid-level, and senior leaders.
- Support leaders in building and sustaining a high-performance culture.
- Contribute to HR strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Talent, Workforce & Performance Management:
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to support recruiting, workforce planning, onboarding, and pipeline development.
- Coach and train leaders on performance management tools, feedback practices, and corrective action processes.
- Actively manage and participate in employee relations matters.
Compliance, HR Operations & Shared Services Partnership:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support accommodation requests, leave administration, and time & attendance processes.
- Monitor and maintain accurate HRIS data.
