Role Overview:
- Lead daily Help Desk operations and define the long-term strategy for the function.
- Maintenance and monitoring of corporate network equipment and access control systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in SysAdmin / IT Support / HelpDesk roles.
- 2+ year of team leadership; experience in process building and automation.
