We’re hiring a junior Accounting Consultant on a 12‑month full‑time contract to support financial reporting and month‑end close. You will prepare journal entries and reconciliations, assist with intercompany eliminations, compile reporting schedules, and maintain audit‑ready workpapers. Ideal for an early‑career accountant with strong Excel skills and interest in IFRS/US GAAP reporting.

Financial Reporting Specialist is responsible for internal and external financial reporting and analyses; candidate should be a strong team player with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, and have skills in preparing and communicating results; candidate must be able to work to meet tight deadlines and adapt in a changing environment.

The position is responsible for overseeing complex accounting transactions and related projects, as well as ensuring that high risk accounts are properly accounted for. The Senior Accounting Manager is expected to be a skilled leader with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a high performing team of accountants. You will work closely with our FP&A, Content, Technology, and Legal teams to set operational excellence standards by improving day-to-day accounting processes and related documentation.

In this role, you will lead the evaluation, development, and implementation of revenue recognition policy ensuring compliance with ASC 606. You will serve as the subject matter expert and partner cross-functionally to ensure accounting conclusions align with business strategy while maintaining compliance, audit readiness, and operational scalability. The successful candidate will be someone who is a strategic thinker and trusted leader.

Be a key part of OffSec's Finance team, supporting day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include processing vendor forms, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating with Legal and Finance teams on contracts. Support Sales with financial questions and opportunity edits inside Salesforce. Contribute to resolution of business issues as they arise and participate in projects.

In this role, you'll be a key leader, collaborating with various functional groups, in the drafting of Lime’s S-1 for its IPO.

The Senior Accountant is central to maintaining the financial integrity of Hyperscience's US operations. This role ensures the month-end close is accurate and timely, providing critical financial data that enables leadership to drive strategic decisions and fuel continued high growth in the SaaS space. This role involves close, daily collaboration with the international team based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Candidates must be located within the Eastern or Central Standard Time zones.
