The Chief of Staff supports the President/CEO to drive execution of organizational priorities, including the organization’s strategic plan. This role enhances cross-team visibility and streamlines workflows to maximize the impact of Product Services' contributions to KnowBe4's product ecosystem.
The ModLab Coordinator will support the ModLab team across Mod Experiences, Merch, and Editorial. Responsibilities include managing Mod Merch, assisting with Mod Events, facilitating communications with mods, and providing operational support. This role involves planning, execution of internal projects, external collaboration, and ensuring successful outcomes for mods.
