You’ll be the primary systems owner for EasyLlama’s go-to-market tooling — managing HubSpot (CRM), Gong, PandaDoc, Dialpad, Lucia (data enrichment), LlamaVisor (internal customer data backend), Sendspark, and related integrations and automation. This is a cross-functional role involving technical systems work, product/ops partnership, vendor management, documentation, and end-user enablement.

The Administrative Analyst, Systems - ERP is responsible for supporting the administration, change control, and deployment of customizations withing our Epicor Kinetic ERP environment. The analyst will work closely with the ERP team, and cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity and smooth transitions from testing to production environments. This role will assist in end user management and security controls.

Manage our Assembled WFM tool. You will be responsible for the entire tool from set up to maintenance in an ever evolving environment. This role ensures our tool is set up and running accurately to optimize cost and enhance customer satisfaction. The admin will be responsible for scheduling, intraday monitoring, and implementing new policies for enhanced visibility into day-to-day activities.

This role ensures seamless day-to-day operations and provides technical support across multiple teams and workflows. You will play a key role in maintaining system efficiency, optimizing automation, and supporting smooth customer onboarding and delivery tracking. Manage, prioritize, and track operational and technical tasks. You will also provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot reported issues.
