Focusing on achieving optimal performance of service capabilities, including supporting existing systems functionality and new development initiatives to expand on opportunities. They are responsible for working with agile teams and the Product Owners to define and document acceptance criteria. The Business Analyst will ensure the solutions delivered are of high quality.

Provides analytical support in the conceptualization, development, and implementation of complex system projects, utilizing system information and knowledge of all parameters. Acts as a subject matter expert for applications, working with business units to enhance processes with automation. Contributes to functionality and process design for systems by creating functional specifications and supporting documentation, detailing all process flows and functional operations. Participates in pilot preparation and testing.
