Oversee business development & FX activities for Anglophone Africa, identify and execute network, FX and banking partner expansion opportunities. Ensure seamless market launches, manage partners, own FX P&L, and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage a team, foster teamwork, and report to ExCo.

Build and develop the influencer marketing team within the affiliate department. Search for and onboard new influencer partners, closing deals under RevShare, Hybrid, and CPA models, including a fixed fee component (but not purely fixed deals).

Develop and implement a strategic business development plan in the Belgium and Luxembourg, aligned with company objectives and market trends, as well as identifying, evaluating, and onboarding partners across the region to ensure coverage in key markets and verticals.

This role improves alignment with alliances to drive sales, product, marketing and commercial success. The position will be central to driving change and activating a proactive Go-to-Market across technical, product, sales, and marketing organization, growing Rackspace revenue through strategic partnerships.
