The Membership Growth Specialist - Senior is responsible for executing strategies to support the growth of new chapters and recruitment efforts for existing chapters. This role also identifies potential obstacles, collaborates with volunteers, and participates in project teams to achieve organizational objectives. This position can be fully remote and based anywhere in the United States but requires quarterly travel.
Work closely with the CEO in support of fundraising, stakeholder management, and ambitious plans for growth. You will be responsible for Foundation & Funder Engagement, Cross-Functional Collaboration, and Strategic Narrative & Positioning. Partner with the CEO to cultivate and grow a strong portfolio of private and institutional funders, translate ideas into action, and craft compelling concept notes and proposals for support that reflect USDR’s unique value and potential impact.
