We're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between the power of PostHog and the knowledge users need to harness that power to it fullest. This means being as comfortable writing about conceptual frameworks, and best practices, as you are explaining how to configure posthog-js correctly. Work involves keeping technical documentation up-to-date,but also higher-level guides covering common concepts and problems.

In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring our users, customers, and internal teams have clear, concise, and accessible documentation. You will own and maintain our Help Center, create and update technical documentation, and collaborate with SMEs to publish thought leadership and technical content for our customer community.
