As a Customer Support Specialist, you are often the first voices of Sprinter Health, delivering flawless and timely support to our customers across the nation. This is a full time temporary position through Dec 31, 2025; benefits and completion bonus provided.

As a Bilingual Patient Engagement Specialist, you will be the first voice of Sprinter Health, introducing our company and in-home, no-cost health services to patients and encouraging them to make appointments. You will utilize an auto-dialer tool to make 120 to 150 outbound calls daily, talking to 70 to 80 patients and booking an average of 14 appointments. This is a temporary position through Dec 31, 2025, with a completion bonus provided.
