As a Customer Support Specialist, you are the first voice of Sprinter Health, so you must deliver flawless and timely support to customers across the United States. The day will begin by fielding overnight questions and supporting requests from customers and partners. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails, related to patient interactions, clinical staff communications, and other inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional support.
In this role you will use your technical expertise to provide support of the EHR for Practice groups and Care Coach products and achieving Model of Care objectives. As their highest escalation point you will help resolve cases by advising on next steps, determining long term strategies, and involving relevant parties. As such, a strong understanding of administrative tasks and workflows for long term care and medical facilities is critical to your success.
The Scheduling Outreach Specialist is responsible for conducting emergency department, wellness, or preventative service outreach calls to identified patients. This role will provide patient education about clinic appointment availability and identify and communicate if the patient has any care coordination or triaging needs from the supported practice.
As a Bilingual Patient Engagement Specialist (PES), you will be the first voice of Sprinter Health, introducing our company and our in-home, no cost health services to patients and encouraging them to make an appointment. With compassion and enthusiasm, you will interest patients in a visit from one of our mobile phlebotomists (known as Sprinters).
