Support the development of centralized Business Intelligence reports and dashboards, and assist with the maintenance and administration of these BI assets. Develop reports and dashboards in Tableau and ThoughtSpot based on specifications from the BI Architect and Senior BI Developers. Assist in developing intermediate data structures such as views and materialized views in Snowflake that will be sourced for reports and dashboards.

In this role, you’ll focus on enhancing our Python-based frameworks, optimizing SQL queries, and improving data access and performance within both the Snowflake and ServiceNow platforms. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design and implement scalable, high-performance data models and pipelines that power analytics, dashboards, and data science initiatives across the organization.

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of TextNow's data platform, enabling effective data-informed decisions as an experienced Data Engineer with hands-on experience designing and developing data platforms. You will be part of cross-functional efforts to build scalable and reliable frameworks that support all TextNow's business and data products. In this role, you can interact with different functional areas within the business and influence decision-making in a fast-growing mobile communications start-up.

Play a pivotal role in shaping the data landscape and driving the strategic use of data across the organization, with a focus on go-to-market solutions. Be instrumental in building SSOT models in DBT & Snowflake, maintaining robust, scalable data pipelines, and enhancing our data infrastructure to support analytics and data-driven decision-making. This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Focus on project work, debugging performance degradations, audits, and health checks. Design and help implement new MongoDB and Cassandra deployments. Evaluate existing clusters and provide recommendations on best practices. Debug high priority issues on mission critical production environments. Engage with the Mongo DB and Cassandra community. Contribute to rapid brainstorming, designing and developing of prototypes. Automate and provide documentation on operational procedures.

Use your expertise in analysis & BI to uncover valuable insights informing the marketing strategy at MaintainX. You will make use of data across multiple platforms and partner with various teams to identify opportunities and improve results. While the role is dedicated to Marketing, you will be a member of the larger Data & Analytics team - who are tasked with supporting MX as a whole.
