Thrive Market's Data Engineering team is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build high-impact products alongside their Data Strategy Team. In this role, you will orchestrate data engineering solutions, collaborate with technical teams, and resolve production data issues. This role needs someone who is excited about the mission and the tech behind the company.

You will be key in quantifying and communicating the value of Included Health to our clients. You will play a crucial role within the Growth & Retention Insights team which is responsible for supporting revenue retention and growth of our enterprise and health plan business segments. Translate findings of complex analyses into actionable recommendations for clients.

The Data Scientist is responsible for using advanced statistical, algorithmic, machine learning, data mining and visualization techniques to help advance and complete client projects. The Data Scientist must also be able to communicate complex quantitative analyses in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to management and executive level audiences.

The Principal Data Architect will lead the design and implementation of complex cloud-based data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud data and analytics technologies and define strategic roadmaps and targeted outcomes for clients. This role involves overseeing data standards, participating in technical interviews, and providing technical guidance to architects and engineers.

As a Senior data analyst, you will play an integral role in financial, clinical, or eCommerce reporting. You will touch all aspects of the business in order to provide clear and solid reports that create a single source of truth, as well as surface actionable insights for business improvement.
