Spearhead the development of Trust Wallet's data analytics operations. As one of the early Data Analysts, work closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to build a data-driven culture. You will be responsible for leveraging our newly established AWS data lake to provide actionable insights, establish data governance, and help shape the future of analytics in our organisation.

As a Data Engineer, your primary responsibility is to design, build, and support modern data solutions using AWS by developing scalable ELT pipelines and data marts that serve both internal analytics teams and external reporting needs. In addition to building new solutions, you’ll also maintain and enhance legacy data pipelines that span both on-premises and cloud environments within a collaborative team.

Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Scala and Apache Spark, focusing on performance and reuse. Structure and evolve the medallion architecture (bronze, silver, gold), ensuring governance, traceability, and data quality. Implement solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery in cloud and lakehouse environments. Define and apply data engineering best practices, including versioning, automated testing, and CI/CD.

As a Data Platform Engineer, you’ll design, build, and evolve the infrastructure and tooling that enable our internal teams to move fast, work efficiently, and make data-driven decisions.

You’ll lead a high-caliber team building and operating large-scale, production AI systems that power critical business functions, acting as a player-coach who pairs deep technical execution with ownership of strategy, architecture, and standards. You’ll work directly with the Chief Data Officer and senior leadership at one of the most advanced organizations applying AI to consumer lending.

This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing data projects to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability. This role supports data services initiative by strengthening data-driven capabilities through the integration of reliable data sources and improved client engagement.

Help drive the design, build, and scale of our data infrastructure, being responsible for architecting and maintaining multi-cloud data platforms, optimizing ETL pipelines, and ensuring data quality and availability across the organization. As a senior member of the Data Engineering team, deliver hands-on technical solutions, mentor junior engineers, guide best practices, and help shape the direction of our data engineering capabilities.

Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data; Utilize Python, SQL, AWS, and Pyspark to extract, clean, manipulate, and transform data for analysis purposes; Generate reports and visualizations using appropriate tools to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders; Continuously monitor data quality and provide data insights.
