Kalepa is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with 3+ years of experience to lead the framing, development, and deployment at the scale of machine learning models. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the framing, development, and deployment at scale of machine learning models to understand the risk of various classes of businesses. You will be turning vast amounts of structured and unstructured data from many sources into novel insights about behavior and risk.

The Bioinformatics Engineer will provide technical expertise and process completion. Through collaboration between the product and development teams, the Bioinformatics Engineer will help complete projects for the array of Oncology bioinformatics pipelines. The successful candidate will also help drive architectural decisions and provide data analysis oversight for these genomics data.

Lead and scale the data team across data engineering, analytics engineering, and data science, reporting to the CTO and partnering with the Data Strategy Manager. The focus is on building robust data systems, developing engineering talent, and driving operational excellence. Requires expertise in data, leading technical teams, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

You will have opportunities to work with customers to solve technology challenges and deliver new solutions and services while always improving our approach to architecture, scale, availability and fault-tolerance. You will partner with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and other engineers on a daily basis.

Build and maintain scalable and performant ETL data pipelines from analysis to production. Able to perform both new feature development and maintenance on all Civitas ETL data pipelines and infrastructure. Able to optimize existing data flow architecture for performance improvement and cost reduction. Able to work across multiple products and engineering teams to resolve customer issues.

Build the platform used by Analytics Engineers to transform raw data into insight, maintain and build on our existing data infrastructure and tools, and support the internationalisation of our data infrastructure as we continue to grow globally. We're looking for someone who can work autonomously to scope problems and deliver pragmatic solutions.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be a crucial part of a dynamic team, contributing to projects that reshape data analytics for clients and providing them with a competitive advantage. You'll develop ETL/ELT processes, automate data workflows, and ensure data accuracy. Responsibilities include coding, creating data pipelines, and mentoring junior engineers.
