The Senior Database Consultant will provide comprehensive support for all database and application infrastructure aspects to a diverse client base. This role is crucial for delivering and consulting on services, as well as for implementing improvements and optimizations for managed services customers.

This position is within the Tolling Services team, specializing in electronic road-charging solutions and developing intelligent tolling systems for international customers. Main tasks include MariaDB operation, supporting developers, implementing MySQL and MariaDB Galera on OpenShift / Kubernetes, and providing full operational responsibility. As part of an international team, you will play a key role in supporting customers with cutting-edge tolling solutions.

Own the health, performance, and scalability of the production databases that power our PARCS platform. Lead high-availability configurations, disaster recovery planning, and performance optimization while continually improving the infrastructure that supports our products. Eliminate issues before they become emergencies; take full ownership of the data backbone supporting millions of transactions across our platform.

This position is within the Tolling Services team, specializing in electronic road-charging solutions, developing and operating intelligent, kilometer-based tolling systems. As a Database Engineer, you will handle Microsoft SQL Server operation, maintenance, migrations, administration, and configuration. You'll support developers, testers, and DevOps engineers with database operation best practices and provide full operational responsibility in a 24x7 on-call duty setting.

The team develops and operates kilometer-based tolling systems for international customers, covering vehicle registrations, charge calculation, and fleet billing. As a Database Engineer, you will handle MySQL and MariaDB operation, support developers, and implement databases on OpenShift.
