Responsible for managing data migration processes, identifying and resolving anomalies, and maintaining data integrity across systems. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will support process improvements, communicate trends and insights, and contribute to a seamless user experience. Innovate on operational workflows and provide technical support during migrations.

Support data-driven decision-making by providing accurate reporting and data quality management. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to compile, analyze, and present data. Manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Work on the end-to-end migration of data from legacy systems to modern platforms. Extract, analyze, and map client data collaborating with engineers and project managers. Test and validate data mapping and coding results to ensure data integrity.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Value-Based Care (VBC) analytics.
• Develop, enhance, and implement analytics solutions to guide ACO leadership and operations teams.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and communicate insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

As a Data Coordinator, you will organize, maintain, and validate critical datasets supporting operational and research initiatives. You will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment. Your work involves data entry, cleaning, transformation, and preparing reports that provide actionable insights to internal teams.

• Provides support to the leadership team to create and oversee the revenue cycle reporting process.
• Generates data and reports on a regular schedule and provides analysis and insight regarding the data.
• Assists with special projects within revenue cycle operations as required.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of material and finance master data during Stryker's SAP implementation. Influence global data standards, drive process excellence, and enable seamless go-live execution across divisions and geographies. Coordinate with business stakeholders to document and execute go-live activities, including ramp-up and ramp-down tasks and building strong relationships.

Work directly with Youth Villages and partner data using SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint to create/update reports. Compile and analyze data from electronic medical records and other databases. Establish processes for data quality checks, including writing SQL scripts.
