Serve as the “data investigator” for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM or Marketplace). Pull, query, and analyze Marketplace data — including Agent/Broker data — to answer operational, compliance, and fraud-related questions, transforming findings into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. Detect patterns and anomalies, and collaborate closely with the Marketplace Agent Broker Analyst to investigate potential fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA).

We're looking for Hungarian language specialists who live and breathe Hungarian grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics to challenge advanced language models on topics like verb conjugation, vowel harmony, case system, sentence structure, formal and informal speech, regional dialects, and the nuances of the Hungarian writing system. You’ll document every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning. You will converse with the model on language scenarios, verify factual accuracy and logical soundness, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Serve as a statistical department resource and mentor biostatisticians. Direct activities of other biostatistics personnel on assigned projects to ensure timely completion of high quality work. Provide support across all statistical tasks during the lifecycle of the project, from protocol to CSR. Prepare Statistical Analysis Plans, collaborate with sponsors if required to support the statistical analysis results of clinical trials.

Conduct research and analyses to support the Policy Research Department by conducting quantitative research and analyses to support our policy research agenda, state and federal legislative priorities, while translating the results for general audiences.

As part of the Digital Product Management team, you will develop robust, modern, scalable data products together with the business partners including state-of-the-art solution components, acting as a link between the business unit and data modeling and data engineering.

Work with Oracle software solutions, including Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud, to integrate ODI packages on the OFSAA application into a broader Risk &Finance data and reporting architecture. Develop interfaces in PL/SQL functions and dashboards/reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud, while also creating reporting data models and building the semantic layer metadata for reporting using the OAC admin tool. The position is 100% telecommuting.
