ParcelHero seeks a Head of Performance Marketing to drive significant growth and optimize our marketing budget across paid digital channels for both our price comparison site and ParcelHero Pro. This hands-on role will lead our SEM and SEO strategy, oversee paid media campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative growth initiatives. The priority is to drive a higher volume of inbound leads and user acquisition that ultimately convert to customers and revenue.

Take a leading role in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Search, Bing, App Store, Play Store, and emerging AI-powered search platforms. You will be responsible for driving channel performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the development of junior and midlevel team members to efficiently scale our customer base across Europe.

Drive growth at speed—fill cohorts, pack workshops, and scale our paid community. Consistently hit full capacity before each start date with a clear acquisition strategy. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, and emerging platforms to fill courses and workshops. Design direct-paid Discord campaigns with compelling offers and urgency. Experiment & Optimize by running A/B tests, analyze data, and apply insights to scale successful strategies.

Drive growth for Monzo across Google, Apple Search, Microsoft and App ads, focused on user acquisition and cost efficiency. Contribute to overall EU growth strategy including new and existing channel opportunities and forecasting. Set up, optimise, analyse and report on campaign performance. Own and execute the test and learn process across structure, automation, landing pages, ad copy and extensions.

Design, build, and execute marketing plans for the Alps and CEE Region. Partner with and influence Regional Sales Directors to build data-driven plans supporting Platformization and regional sales strategies to drive exponential growth. Develop and execute integrated regional marketing plans, aligned with business objectives and Go-to-Market priorities. Drive omnichannel campaigns, generate sales opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen customer relationships.
