This is a hybrid strategic and operational role. The Digital Marketing Strategist will join sales calls to shape strategy, oversee internal and external specialists, build performance roadmaps, and ensure that client campaigns deliver measurable outcomes. You will be the department lead for PPC and SEO, responsible for results, reporting, QA, and continual improvement.

Shape and execute digital marketing strategy for the hotel and brand across Rooms, Food & Beverage (F&B), Wellness, and Banquets. Manage digital campaigns, optimize the website, lead innovative marketing initiatives, and track performance metrics, working closely with various teams, including core marketing, corporate, creative design, and revenue management/ sales, agencies and third parties.

Manage and scale paid marketing efforts, building world class campaigns across paid marketing channels that attract consumers. The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the success of our digital ad program across paid search, paid social, and programmatic platforms. Manage campaign launches including building audiences, uploading creative, setting budgets, and ensuring proper tracking.

Lead and execute both organic and paid search strategies across Google, Bing, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) in this hybrid role. Requires deep expertise in SEO best practices, AI-driven optimization, schema implementation, and marketplace product listing SEO combined with advanced paid advertising management. The ideal candidate is strategic yet hands-on, able to navigate the compliance challenges of the adult category while driving visibility.

As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for the build, execution, and ongoing management of PPC campaigns for a portfolio of customers. You will be adept at partnering closely with customers, devising, and executing results-driven PPC strategies. The role involves creating and optimizing PPC campaigns using Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms and becoming the clients’ primary point of contact for their PPC needs.
