The Senior Guest Engagement Strategist is both a strategic consultant for PAR’s restaurant clients and a key advisor supporting internal cross-functional teams. This role leads consulting projects focused on loyalty program design, restructuring, and optimization, as well as broader guest engagement and digital marketing strategies. This role works closely with Sales, Product, Implementation, Managed Services, Customer Success, and third-party developers to drive measurable results.

Launch, optimize, and scale performance campaigns across DSP networks for the company’s mobile products. Manage large ad budgets with a focus on efficiency and growth. Build, analyze, and automate DSP traffic buying through APIs or internal tools. Design and implement a structured testing framework: creatives, GEOs, segments, targeting, bidding strategies. Collaborate closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to maximize impact.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing – Federal, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven, cross-segment marketing plans for the Federal region that drive pipeline growth and brand awareness. You will leverage tools like SFDC, intent data, and Tableau to enhance targeting and guide key accounts through the buyer’s journey.
