Blue Water Thinking is looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist to coordinate and manage the onboarding process for staff supporting VA task orders. They will ensure documentation is submitted accurately and new hires are prepared, serve as a liaison, and maintain records.

The People Operations Specialist will coordinate and execute various People and Office programs and processes, working cross functionally with teams across the organization. Daily tasks include managing employee lifecycles, updating records in HRIS, payroll, and performance systems, assisting with benefits, managing shipping, providing IT support, planning events, maintaining budgets, and addressing employee questions.
