Serve as a strategic HR partner and advisor to the Commercial leadership team, aligning people strategy with commercial and revenue objectives. Support sales enablement through talent planning, capability building, and performance optimization. Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development to ensure the right roles, structure, and skills are in place to achieve growth goals.

This role provides business-focused generalist HR/People advice, guidance, and interventions across a geographical area. Duties primarily focus on Recruitment, Performance & Reward, Employee Relations, Resource and Talent Planning, and Organisational Design. Although remote, there's an expectation to work in the office as required, ideally based near Birmingham, Derbyshire, Herefordshire, Cornwall, or South London.
