The Director, People Systems Workday Talent Acquisition drives our People Systems strategy, and collaborates with the People Function and Systems partners to continually improve digital tools for our people. This hands-on role reports to the Snr Dir, People Systems to advance a recruiting systems strategy that supports business needs. Leads all systems aspects of Talent Acquisition programs including process re-imagination, systems enablement, implementation and system integrations.
