This position reports directly to the CFO of MeridianLink.

Responsible for the growth of lending products, including activity content planning, monitoring core indicators, mining growth opportunities, and optimizing operation strategies. Combine data analysis to improve user growth, conversion, and retention, and formulate refined operation plans. Pay attention to market dynamics, research competitors, and put forward product optimization suggestions. Plan and execute lending product-related activities, track effects and optimize marketing strategies. Coordinate with product, R&D, risk control and other teams to promote product optimization and function iteration.

Lead the execution of cryptocurrency and digital asset trades within an institutional asset management environment. This role is central to the strategic deployment of capital and requires close collaboration with portfolio managers, the COO/CRO, and the operations team. Beyond trade execution, the Associate will play a key role in optimizing trading workflows and enhancing execution strategies through data-driven research, market analysis, and implementation of systematic improvements.

The Trading Analyst will support the execution of trades in cryptocurrencies and digital assets, working closely with the trading team in an institutional asset management setting. This role will focus on project-based work to improve trading strategy, infrastructure, and analytics.
