Contribute to the management of daily firm-wide trading, rebalancing, and reconciliation processes; ensure proper execution of client and advisor requests; support the maintenance of a centralized portfolio management platform across multiple offices; assist in the administration and management of the portfolio rebalancing software; and perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.

The Head of DeFi will identify the DeFi strategy for Era across the crypto landscape, and execute on turning Era into a leading liquidity hub. As a Market Operations Specialist, you’ll join a high performing team, providing premier service and support to valued clients and the product team. You will work with the Market Operations team, providing front line support to Coinbase Exchange and Derivatives during EMEA working hours. You'll also partner with Sales, Product and Engineering.

Analyze user behavior and investment patterns to generate actionable recommendations, assess user investment strategies and optimize performance insights. Collaborate with the Investment team to build and maintain dashboards and reports for tracking investment opportunities, evaluate product performance, and develop trading signals.
