This role involves engineering related to enterprise integration of iOS/iPadOS, and optionally macOS, within a regulated environment. The candidate will be a key contributor in a global team, ensuring effective collaboration across different groups.

The Modern Workplace Administrator provides support and administration across Microsoft 365 and SNHU-managed endpoints, focusing on daily operational tasks such as basic system configuration, device management, and software deployments using tools like Microsoft Intune, MECM, and JAMF. The Administrator responds to service requests, troubleshoots end-user issues, and ensures digital experience across services within the Microsoft Modern Workplace environment.
