As a Solutions Architect, you will act as a consultant at the earliest stages of the sales cycle, helping multi-billion-dollar enterprises evaluate and plan their move onto Shopify from legacy platforms. You will work directly with client executives, technical stakeholders, and Lazer’s delivery teams to map out enterprise architectures, extract requirements, and codify future-state solutions on Shopify.

This role will oversee daily IT operations, troubleshoot system issues, and work cross-functionally to maintain and improve our technology stack.
We’re looking for an experienced Manager, Integration Solutions to provide deep technical expertise to support the pre- to post-sales process with global enterprise customers. You have a deep understanding of Firework’s products market fit and are the subject matter expert with technical knowledge regarding our suite of products and alignment to a variety of different verticals. You are business-savvy while technical, customer-centric, can empathize with customer challenges, and thrive on building solutions to scale.
