As a BlackCloak Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating pipeline for a dynamic, successful revenue team. You will develop meetings and pipeline from your outbound efforts, working marketing leads, and responding to inbound inquiries, meant to drive pipeline and top line revenue. You will work alongside account executives to ensure wins and develop your sales skills.

The Inside Sales/ Lead Manager converts incoming prospects into leads, a high-volume pre-sales role requiring consistent follow-up with new leads. They will answer inbound inquiries, follow up on missed calls via text, email, and phone, and set real estate consultant appointments. The role also audits leads and provides general sales support.
