Draft, review and negotiate a variety of contractual agreements between the company and its clients. Respond to internal and external inquiries and advice on the contract terms and conditions. Responsible for interacting and assisting the sales team and other internal departments, during the contractual process. Identify and mitigate risks and causes of the main legal contingencies or exposures.

Draft minor and medium complexity legal documents, such as defense statements, replies, and appeals. Perform daily monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings. Rigorously comply with procedural deadlines. Participate in initial and conciliation hearings and conduct jurisprudential research to support defense theses. Assist senior lawyers in preparing legal opinions and strategies.
