This position coordinates all regulatory approval efforts related to the state/territories for all new/existing campuses and online programs and any other regulatory bodies Adtalem Global Education reports to as it relates to licensing and accreditation activities, also leads a team that maintains 100% state authorization compliance.
Operate a privacy & communications program that favors plain‑language notices, clear choices, and measured data use. You'll own state‑by‑state overlays for privacy, telemarketing and marketing disclosures, and encode requirements into systems and workflows. Maintain a lightweight, auditable Compliance Management System.
Provide commercial legal and regulatory support for a suite of on-chain products and infrastructure. Support product managers and business development and operations professionals by advising on issues relating to blockchain infrastructure, DEXs, digital payments and other on-chain products. Work alongside a team of talented professionals in a fast-paced industry advising on some of the most exciting and innovative legal issues in blockchain technology and digital assets.
