This role serves as Pie's internal subject matter expert for both Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance and assists the Senior EDI Specialist with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) reporting requirements. It is critical to ensure compliance with federal Section 111 Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act (MMSEA) reporting mandates and state-specific EDI requirements across all jurisdictions. The specialist will mitigate regulatory risk and maintain operational efficiency.

Lead and operationalize privacy programs across our global eClinical technology landscape, serving as a key liaison between Quality, Global Privacy Office, IT, and Product & Engineering teams. This role ensures that data privacy and protection standards are built into our solutions and operations, driving cross-functional alignment, conducting privacy audits, implementing controls, and building a culture of privacy-by-design.
Manage a team of licensed sales agents, providing guidance on regulatory compliance and NAR best practices. Implement risk management plans and update state-specific policy addendums in collaboration with brokerage operations. Define and deliver exceptional brokerage support to agents, ensuring compliance with state licensing laws, association membership, and MLS participation. Provide training to enhance agents' knowledge of contracts, risk management, licensing, and state real estate law.
You will provide expert legal advice and guidance to the organization, assist the General Counsel to oversee all legal matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while mitigating legal risks. You will work cohesively and collaboratively with the General Counsel and other legal team members and across other companywide functional teams. You will possess excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Prepare, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements and ancillary agreements for company sponsored and/or investigator-initiated studies. You will work with global teams to review and analyze contractual terms and conditions. Assess legal and budget risks in conjunction with team support functions. Manage the contract amendment lifecycle. Assume responsibility for all aspects of legal document and metrics tracking.
