Enhance and scale our compliance testing program, developing testing methodologies, refining operating procedures, and elevating documentation standards to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices. You’ll help assess regulatory applicability and design and execute both manual and automated compliance tests.

You will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of compliance and risk management frameworks. You will be responsible for compliance operations, regulatory reporting, and assisting with compliance initiatives across various business functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.

Oversee the full contract lifecycle, manage contracts enabling successful project delivery, and act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The role involves drafting, negotiating, executing, and managing subcontracts, ensuring all obligations are met efficiently, and contributing to the seamless execution of high-priority initiatives.

Ensure robust compliance across our global operations, manage all aspects of regulatory reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submissions across a broad range of regulations. This role demands a deep understanding of the global regulatory landscape for digital assets and financial services. Lead effective exam management, handling regulatory requests and coordinating internal stakeholders.

Assist in handling ongoing litigations and arbitrations in jurisdictions where the business has operations; manage legal efforts in response to contentious inquiries; provide proactive, in-depth, commercially sensible legal advice to all stakeholders; be responsible for drafting and reviewing court, arbitration documents, liaison and settlement agreements.
