As a vital member of our commercial contracts team, you will review and negotiate contracts with vendors. The ideal candidate will be an experienced contracts negotiator.
The Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) is responsible for safeguarding the MoonPay platform against financial crime and money laundering activities. The FIU TM Analyst will directly support the FIU and conduct transaction monitoring reviews to ensure efficient monitoring and detection of potential money laundering, terrorist financing, or illicit activities, escalating activity for additional review.

This position will need to maintain relationships with internal and external law firm contributors and will require writing and editing of legal billing content to ensure payment of legal invoices. The role assesses the validity of billing entries based on Outside Counsel Guidelines, payment history, and client interactions.
The Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring mortgage origination operations remain compliant with regulatory requirements and supporting system enhancements, disclosure updates, and cross-functional initiatives. The Compliance Analyst will interface with internal and external contacts in a professional manner including vendors and internal staff to fulfill requests and obligations. The Compliance Analyst is responsible for change management of the loan origination system (Encompass), including updates to documents and processes and company changes to the LOS.

They are able to identify more complex files for escalation to senior team members, and are still learning how to complete those more complex files.
