The Global Director of Country Operations oversees and strengthens the infrastructure and effectiveness of GiveDirectly’s country offices, serving as the primary point of contact for Global Shared Services (GSS) functions across countries and backstopping Country Directors (CDs) to ensure high-quality implementation of global standards.

As Director of Security, you will establish and oversee a global security strategy, focusing on high-risk regions like the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). You will lead physical security, travel risk management, and intelligence-gathering to safeguard personnel and assets, ensuring compliance with laws and ethical standards and manage security providers.
