As Everway continues its ambitious growth journey, they are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to head their integration and operational excellence efforts. This role will oversee the seamless integration of newly acquired businesses into the Everway ecosystem. In addition to post-deal integration, this role will lead the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring that 2026 strategic initiatives are translated into actionable, measurable plans that deliver real business impact.

The Senior Program Manager, PMO & Procurement Transformation will architect and lead the development of a formal Project Management Office (PMO) within the Procurement organization, while also directly leading key strategic initiatives. This position is responsible for building scalable governance frameworks, enabling programmatic discipline, and driving execution across a diverse portfolio of procurement-led programs.

The Delivery Process & Governance function ensures we deliver consistently across markets by defining our end-to-end playbooks, stage gates, and operating standards—embedding controls, SLAs/OLAs, and responsible AI principles into the way we work. This role bridges strategy with execution, ensuring the Go‑Live framework in HubSpot and Jira is clear, adopted, and continuously improved across regions. You will partner closely with Solutions, Implementation, Commercial, Product, Legal, and Operations to align handoffs, standardize business processes, and drive change with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.

The Senior Director, Project Management and Operations for Advisory Services is responsible for leading the operational effectiveness, delivery excellence, and people management functions across the Advisory Services practice. This role oversees a team of project managers and resource deployment managers (RDMs), driving consistent execution, process improvement, and operational scalability to support Coalfire’s rapidly growing client base.
