This role leads strategic sourcing activities across all aspects of SCAN’s IT Category Management for various Software and IT professional services sourcing. It requires strategic ownership of all-encompassing category spend, developing strategies to reduce total cost of ownership – including vendor management, demand management, and governance/compliance – to achieve initial TCO reduction and ongoing year-over-year improvements, utilizing an understanding of industry trends.

The Analyst will be responsible for all facets of the procurement process for the agency’s small purchasing, M/WBE procurements, Information Technology, fleet, and special projects. This work will include contract development, bidding, negotiation, and the administration of contracts.
