We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team in Germany and steer a wide range of strategic initiatives to completion. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Project Manager Team Lead and act as the key liaison between our Consulting team and clients. You’ll lead from the front, ensuring not just delivery, but true value creation.

This role involves managing the implementation of complex backend systems, guiding the development cycle from business requirements to execution, and leading an agile development team for successful product delivery. You will shape the product vision, manage the entire lifecycle, maintain a prioritized backlog, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders within the SAFe framework.

Implement the SAFe framework in the Agile Release Train (ART) of the GSN SuperSquad. Moderate agile events at ART level such as Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt (I&A), Systemdemos and ART-Sync meetings. Lead the Agile/Scrum Master collaboration with stakeholders to ensure coordination between Agile teams, managers, product management and executives. Support the product manager in managing the program backlog and ensuring the clarity and timeliness of the artifacts. Support in removing obstacles in the teams.

As a central figure in an adapted SAFe environment, the Senior Technical Scrum Master will facilitate agile ceremonies, coach teams in agile principles, and lead continuous improvement efforts. This role involves fostering collaboration, mentoring Agile practices, leading Increment Planning, monitoring team performance, and promoting a culture of operational excellence.

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team focusing on guiding agile teams to deliver technical implementation and business requirements to ensure the solution meets operational needs for monitoring, oversight, and investigation. As a member of this project, you will help ensure the delivery of healthcare to millions of Americans by monitoring and preventing fraud, waste, and abuse.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and facilitating Agile practices within the team, ensuring smooth project execution, and helping the team meet its goals. The candidate must reside within the continental US. Lead and facilitate scrum meetings and eliminate blockers. Promote Agile quality practices, coordinate across organizations, and serve as a resource to answer questions.

As Program Manager at Wilcore, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of one or more programs supporting digital modernization efforts at the VA. You’ll oversee agile teams composed of engineers, designers, product managers, and other specialists, ensuring alignment with mission goals, compliance standards, and delivery timelines.
