• Own our quality strategy from the ground up.
• Ensure releases are high quality by making it easy for everyone to get their work tested appropriately.
• Establish processes and policies for test planning.

Design and maintain scalable automated tests for backend services, APIs, and integrations. Implement comprehensive testing strategies covering functional, performance, integration, and security use cases. Collaborate with developers to embed quality into design and development workflows (shift-left testing).

Responsible for the testing and validation (T&V) of Integration releases, enhancement and patches. Deliver high-quality systems to Endpoint’s internal OPS teams. Create and execute test cases, report and track software defects, verify resolved issues and conduct regression testing.

Play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of advanced software solutions. Design, build, and maintain automated test suites across multiple services and applications. Contribute to the evolution of testing processes from the ground up.

• Perform post-implementation testing of applications and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with developers to review code and provide improvement recommendations.

• Lead test automation activities and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Design and create automated test suites across various services and applications.
• Oversee support for bugs reported from customer channels.
