The OHSU Nurse Informatics Specialist (NIS) provides design, analysis, sponsorship, and recommendations for the implementation and maintenance of clinical information systems (CIS) and their associated clinical and business processes. Consistent with Oregon Nurse Practice Act, and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics and Scope and Standards for Informatics Nursing, the NIS is a change agent, and supports the interprofessional team in all facets of data and information management.

You will play a crucial role in the rehabilitation process, providing care that helps patients improve their respiratory health and prevent future lung and overall health issues.
As the Enrollment Registered Nurse at Vynca, you will conduct telehealth visits to assess patients for palliative care eligibility and refer them as needed. Responsibilities include managing patient care through regular assessments and updates to care plans, overseeing medication management, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, and facilitating advanced care planning.
