The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic support to individuals enrolled in our PHP and IOP programs. You will collaborate with other clinicians, including psychiatrists and therapists, to provide a holistic approach to patient care.

The Clinical Triage Specialist (CTS) (RN) will compassionately deliver an exceptional patient experience and provide clinical support to CTS-MA team members by serving as a clinical resource. The CTS-RN is responsible for using nursing judgment in answering/returning patient calls related to direct care provided by the practices. The caller’s symptoms will be assessed and triaged using approved nursing protocols and guidelines to assist in obtaining the appropriate level of care and/or self-care advice.

As a Regional Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for supporting nursing communities within the geographic location assigned. The Regional Nurse audits clinical services, reviews outcomes, and strategizes to improve resident care. The position of Regional Nurse is as much a support role as it is a leadership role. The Regional Nurse works alongside the management teams at each building to develop and implement processes, identify and resolve issues, while also managing staff.

The Health Screener provides coverage in the field ensuring that health screenings are completed accurately and on time. They maintain a safe and professional environment for clients and employees and confidently perform all aspects of a health screening, including specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures. They perform biometric screening at client sites. Provide customer service at all health screenings.

Deliver primary care consultations to customers of Bupa Health Clinics remotely, as well as diabetes or weight management consultation in accordance with policies and guidelines, ensuring a high-quality service which delivers high customer satisfaction digitally. The role involves clinical work in accordance with the National Framework of Advanced Clinical Practice and the NMC professional code of conduct, providing services within individual clinical scope and promoting Bupa's services.

We are hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners who are passionate about and who have recent experience in obesity medicine to provide longitudinal telehealth care for patients with obesity. In this role, you would collaborate with physicians and registered dietitians to deliver exceptional team-based care. We seek applicants with a Nurse Practitioner degree with obesity medicine experience.

As a Side Effects Management Nurse in our UK weight loss service, you will be a senior clinical voice, setting the standard for clinical excellence, patient safety and wellbeing within the clinical team. This role will work closely with HeliosX’s Ops Team Leads & GP Leads to provide safe and effective care to our UK patients.

Responsible for delivering comprehensive case management services across the continuum of care. The RN Case Manager will assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate care for assigned consumers, ensuring quality outcomes and cost-effective treatment. Provides telephonic case management and utilization review for assigned consumers. Collaborates with healthcare providers, payors, and internal teams to coordinate care and serves as a liaison between consumers and benefit administrators.

This 12-month contract offers 38 hours per week, with set shifts: Monday- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Wednesday- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM these shifts are subject to change You’ll have the flexibility to work from home, or if you're based in Sydney, you're welcome to use our beautiful head office in North Ryde.

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) plays a critical role in assessing patients' mental and physical health based on symptoms and complaints. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans, which may include conducting individual psychotherapy, diagnosing psychiatric disorders, and prescribing medications. NPs educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
