Responsibilities include developing sales strategy, managing surgical teams through training, being a da Vinci® Surgery resource, helping regional sales and marketing events, developing a da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team, driving expansion of the user base and sales of instruments, and managing administrative tasks.

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales in the Region of Berlin, Rostock, Leipzig/Dresden. The role itself is fully remote. Build relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers to achieve sales targets, maintain and build effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region. Organize and participate in local congresses and give product training. Observe market and competitor’s activities to influence company sales strategies. Execute marketing and sales strategies.
