We're seeking a Backend Developer who will be responsible for designing and implementing new and exciting features, while also maintaining and enhancing the existing implementations on our ecommerce websites. They will collaborate with various internal and external teams to enhance the overall efficiency and optimization of the overall infrastructure. Individuals in this role will spend the majority of their time fully hands-on with development and making architectural decisions.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and optimizing innovative eCommerce and marketplace solutions that power global digital transformation. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies like JavaScript, Node.js , and AWS, contributing to end-to-end development from architecture to deployment. Collaborating closely with distributed teams, you’ll translate complex business needs into seamless technical solutions that deliver exceptional digital experiences.

You'll be collaborating closely with colleague engineers and backend engineers, SRE, product team, data analysts, and an engineering manager while building one of the newest distributed systems. Systems are built mostly with Typescript and React, Emotion, using conventional commits, and many other goodies through GitLab pipelines, and they run on AWS. Engineers value working well in multi-functional teams and believing in a "you build it, you run it" philosophy.

As a Software Engineer, you’ll be a full-stack engineer with deep JavaScript expertise and strong backend fundamentals. You’ll help design and deliver features end-to-end, champion engineering excellence, and build tools that make developers more productive. You will have a meaningful impact on the future of our OmniChannel product suite by designing, building, and maintaining clean, scalable, reusable UI and server-side code.

As a Senior/Staff Backend Engineer, you’ll be key to scaling Rally’s core systems and services to power the next 100M+ participant records and billions of events we process. You’ll own critical systems like Email/SMS, data sync pipelines, search, workflow automation, and help lay the foundation for AI features. Our codebase is fully TypeScript, and while you don’t need experience with our exact stack, you should have strong JavaScript fundamentals and an eagerness to learn.

As a Solutions Architect at Algolia, you'll collaborate closely with enterprise customers, owning Algolia solution patterns and offering trusted advice for successful implementation. You will guide customers in design, strategy, and best practices for Algolia product deployments, influence the product roadmap, and facilitate tailored solutions to enhance customer success. This role involves leveraging your development, consulting background, and technical expertise.

Collaborate cross-functionally with the Engineering, Product, Quality Assurance, and Support teams to implement end-to-end solutions for Turnitin’s next generation of academic integrity products. Contribute throughout the front-end stack, developing features and reusable components for performant, accessible JavaScript applications. Make contributions to both the short- and long-term development of our products and team processes.
