Lead, manage and mentor the EPD organization of the engineering, product, design and QA teams as Alloy Automation gears up to scale in the next 12 - 18 months. Strategically plan and execute on the product roadmap, setting standards for performance and quality and foster a high performing engineering team and culture. Own multiple product lines, understand team structure and resourcing requirements.

Design, build, and implement new web components and product features. Analyze and optimize client-side UI and server-side API code for efficiency and performance, working at all layers of the stack from AWS/Ruby on Rails/SQL to React/HTML/CSS. Coordinate tasks with teammates, collaborate with the company, and work closely with growth and marketing teams to run impactful A/B tests.

Shape the future of ML tooling by making significant contributions. You will leverage your experience in backend and frontend related technologies to create high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code and APIs. Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in code and design reviews, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.

Be responsible for the secondary encapsulation of Javascript interfaces for the development of the data platform, undertake the architectural design, development and delivery of related products, as well as the rapid iteration and efficient collaboration between the product and the platform. Those with experience in building and deploying distributed clusters will be preferred.
