Mirakl is looking for an AI Engineering Manager to drive Mirakl's internal AI transformation initiatives, leading the strategic development and deployment of AI agents across our organization. You'll build and manage a dynamic team of AI engineers while architecting the AI solutions that will enhance operational efficiency, and accelerate innovation across all departments at Mirakl.

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade AI systems that power mission-critical operations. Architect scalable AI infrastructure, deliver practical AI solutions that solve real operational challenges, and drive technical strategy for our AI-powered products. Redefine distributed human-AI collaboration at scale with the use of multi modal foundation models, multi-agent orchestration and knowledge graph driven reasoning.

Join the Tech&Product team as an AI/LLM Engineer, focusing on prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, automated testing, and deploying integrations in production with LLM systems. You'll work closely with Backend Engineers to deliver world-class AI experiences to end users. Core responsibilities include designing and optimizing prompts for production voice and chat LLM applications, architecting multi-agent systems, and building automated testing and validation frameworks for LLM outputs.
