Drive growth and deepen engagement of our most strategic Utilities customer partnerships in Italy. You will co-develop a business plan with your team and ecosystem partners that accelerates customer success. You will lead your team, customers and partners to identify impactful big data and AI use cases whilst proving out their value on the Databricks Data Intelligence platform.
As a Senior Incident Manager, you will lead Databricksβ most critical production incidents while providing clear, accurate, and timely communication to customers, executives, and engineers. Youβll serve as both incident commander and reliability engineer; orchestrating multi-team responses, driving real-time status updates, and partnering with engineering to analyze and prevent failures.
Play an important role during this journey by collaborating with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate the adoption and growth of the Databricks platform in customers. Help ensure customer success by increasing focus and technical accountability, maximizing the value they get of our platform and the return on investment. This is a hybrid technical and commercial role, driving growth in assigned customers and use cases through leading stakeholders and building executive relationships.
