Focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, driving adoption of Redzone modules, and uncovering new revenue opportunities through expansions, upsells, and renewals. Acts as a trusted advisor, partnering closely with Customer Success, Implementation & Coaching, Development/Engineering and executive stakeholders.

  • Craft clear, compelling, and locally relevant content for performance marketing campaigns, Meta ad creatives, high-impact partnerships and campaigns, and evergreen initiatives.
  • Localize Canva’s global messaging to ensure it resonates with diverse Europe audiences.
  • Partner with designers, video editors, and content creators to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets.

This Solution Architect consults with customers on implementing ServiceNow's OT solutions based on leading practices, accelerating and driving customer business outcomes.
