• Own end‑to-end integration delivery, including scope, design, build, test, and deployment.
• Design integration solutions using Python, REST, gRPC, Kafka, Redis, Postman, and SQL.
• Monitor and stabilize production using Grafana and observability tools.

• Own internal tools end-to-end, from design to rollout.
• Build dashboards for lab operations, customer service, shipping, and logistics.
• Design and build fault-tolerant, HIPAA-compliant services with a focus on privacy and security.

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of greenfield full-stack applications.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Drive modernization efforts: migrate and redesign legacy apps into Flask/Next.js.

• Contribute across the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with peers and tech leads to deliver scalable applications.
• Develop technical skills in Java, SQL, and web technologies.

Design, implement, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Python with async frameworks. Build modern web interfaces with Next.js and React, integrating front-end components with backend services. Leverage AI-assisted development tools and prompt engineering techniques to accelerate development and improve code quality.
