• Own end-to-end development of patient and clinician-facing features.
• Build tools that make clinicians’ lives easier such as charting workflows, order sets, structured data capture, and decision-support surfaces.
• Design and maintain scalable, secure APIs and data models for medical records, prescriptions, and longitudinal patient data.

• Write high quality and well tested code, and review code from other team members.
• Design, build, and maintain a large-scale production system on the cloud, ensuring smooth operation and high availability.
• Provide guidance and technical leadership to peers in navigating architectural and coding tradeoffs.

• Build features and systems with attention to detail and performance.
• Own end-to-end development, from conception to production.
• Engineer not only solutions but also tools to understand the problem.

• Build early creator onboarding, profile, and campaign-related flows.
• Implement frontend components and backend endpoints for first-party workflows, supporting the core experiences needed for the Alpha Launch.
• Support API integration and early BFF patterns for the platform services.

• Shape and scale the core of GitLab CI, focusing on maturing this critical area of the product by improving our large, complex Ruby on Rails monolith.
• Optimize high-throughput background processing, reduce technical debt, and evolve our architecture so GitLab CI remains a best-in-class solution.
• Partner closely with other Verify teams, Product, and Infrastructure to design and deliver new capabilities, while ensuring existing features stay fast, secure, and dependable.

• Implement the company’s AI strategy to set the foundation for AI initiatives.
• Lead the design, development, and rollout of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based solutions.
• Develop and deploy AI models and solutions into the company’s cloud infrastructure.

• Architect, build, and deploy secure, efficient, and scalable smart contract protocols for multi-asset tokenization.
• Design and build the onchain infrastructure required to bridge traditional financial systems with public blockchains and DeFi ecosystems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, financial experts, legal, and operations teams to translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into robust smart contract logic and technical specifications.

Design and prototype machine learning solutions to improve the software development workflow. Apply existing open-source models or train custom ones as needed. Build training and evaluation pipelines that support fast iteration and ensure reproducibility.
