As part of the System Engineering Department, the Flight Operations Engineer will participate, and coordinate the work needed for the definition, development and execution of the constellation operations, and the preparations, implementation, testing and verification of the operations procedures.

As part of the System Engineering Department, the Satellite and Payload System Test Authority will be responsible for the definition of Test Plans, Test Methods and Requirements, Ground Test Equipment definition support, implementation and testing in support of MDA Digital Telecommunication satellite payloads. The Payload Test Authority engineer will perform trade-off studies to design and develop Test Plans for Satellites and Payloads.
